STD screening results, sent 3 days ago. No reminder sent yet.
Patient #2

Blood panel results, sent yesterday. Still within the normal window.
Patient #3

Thyroid panel, sent 5 days ago. 1 reminder sent, no response.

Recommended actions:

Patient #1: Send first reminder (email or WhatsApp)
Patient #3: Create a call task for staff — digital reminders haven't worked
